Using SastiGames

• You must provide accurate account and order information, keep login details secure and use the service only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for confirming the product, edition, platform, region, server, currency and system requirements before payment.

Orders and pricing

• An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation. We may cancel or hold an order affected by pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud or supplier failure and provide an appropriate refund.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Products and third-party platforms

• Game publishers, platforms, payment processors and suppliers are independent third parties. Their terms, regional rules, outages and account actions may affect a product.
• SastiGames is responsible for delivering what the confirmed listing promises; it is not responsible for buyer error or later third-party changes outside reasonable control.

Prohibited activity

• Fraud, stolen payments, chargeback abuse, automated scraping, unauthorized resale, account attacks, false disputes and attempts to bypass security are prohibited.
• We may delay delivery, request reasonable verification, restrict an account or preserve relevant records when misuse is suspected.

Disputes and liability

• Contact support first so we can investigate. Do not submit duplicate disputes through multiple channels while a case is active.
• Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Where permitted, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
